Digesting the past year

Do you remember how you started out this year?  Was there a drawing, a song, a theme that you started with?  How is it now reflecting on the year?  What calls for congratulation and celebration?  What wants to be grieved and left behind?  Is there anything you need to forgive yourself for? What may want to be taken forward into 2026?

What do you welcome in this year?  Are there aspects of yourself that you wish to welcome/allow/give more space to?  What will you carry forward from last year?  Are there relationships you wish to attend to or initiate?  Might there be space for solitude, wildness and creativity in your year and daily life?  What might help nourish your intentions?  How would you put this in place?
